60’s Halloween Makeup Tutorial

  • Start with clean skin and skin tone and apply your first mascara.
  • There’s no need to be afraid of making mistakes. If you use Bioderma on your Q-tip, you can always clean it.
  • Make sure you have a good eyeliner pen or brush. It should not be dry and should be tapered. I recommended the NYX Professional Epic Inkliner Black, but use what works for you.
  • After applying false eyelashes, apply a second coat of mascara to firmly secure the eyelashes and add volume.
  • Finish with a 60’s wig.
