Your body is constantly changing – both cells and energy. On a basic level, your body’s goal is to maintain stagnation. Even if some or part of you are currently unhealthy, your body will try to maintain a sense of balance around the unhealthy parts. The goal of an energetic healing job is to remove the stagnant clogged energy that is hindering you and replace it with dynamic, purified energy. Doing this will result in a major change in the balance that the body worked so hard to create and maintain.

“But did you think I should feel better?”
Healing bodywork includes all kinds of massage, Reiki, Kios, Angel Energy Healing, Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Crystal Healing, Pranic Healing, Channeling, Aura Cleansing, Chakra Cleansing, Pranayama and more. I have heard from many people who report that contrary to their expectations, they felt absolutely terrible after a healing session. Usually, their symptoms mimic the flu and lasted only a day or two, but some people find themselves extremely drained, both physically and emotionally.
If you don’t understand that this is actually what you want, this can be very discouraged and confusing!
Release what you don’t need
Energy gets stuck for reasons. Often, it’s because you can’t or don’t want to face difficult things. Energy can get stuck from trauma, crisis, numbness, or denial. Whether it’s your ego, your body wisdom, or your mind wisdom, some of you are trying to protect you.
Rather than feeling everything in that moment and letting it pass, your thoughts and emotions (energy) are packed into your energetic horns, so to speak. There is ample filling and physical symptoms such as pain and illness. It’s protection and not a bad thing in the short term. You can only get into trouble if paralysis and stuffing become a habit and become the default solution. In the long run, this protection won’t help you, but your body will continue to hold onto it with that help in mind.
The healing job is to unlock stuffed patterns that are usually no longer useful to you. Something has led you to a healing job in the first place. If it’s not an acute or obvious illness, it may be a sense that your life is either “off” or you don’t feel right at all. Whatever your reason for starting a healing job, the goal is generally to feel better.
A crisis of healing
Any kind of cleansing or healing you do will be released. This can occur on a physical, mental, emotional, or mental level, and often occurs at several levels simultaneously.
When toxins and toxic energy are released, your body and mind must deal with a sudden, powerful change of balance. It is impossible to release in any of your three bodies (physical, energetic, mental) and not subject to the other two. Like I said, your body is good at maintaining stagnation, so symptoms are usually mild. However, depending on the sensitivity during the session, the level of illness or illness, and the mental framework, symptoms are always unique.
This is often referred to as a “relieving crisis.” You are releasing old low energy and replacing it with new high energy. Your three bodies need to be adjusted because you changed the stasis points. Each of the three bodies searches for a new balance, but you may experience unpleasant symptoms.
What can you expect?
A healing crisis can be uncomfortable and it can even take time to identify it as the result of your healing session. But it’s all part of the process and in reality it’s essential to true and complete healing. All the ganks you are moving to? It is your anger, wounds, wounds, heartbreaks, unhealed trauma, implicit feelings, betrayal, rejection, loss. You can’t move everything again without feeling anything (to release).
The stagnation that your body was maintaining was based on the fact that all these emotions were packed into your physical and energetic body. Your stagnation point was inherently unhealthy. That’s why you felt “off” and sought a healing job in the first place. When your stasis points are reset with its high vibrations and divine energy, your three bodies simply need time to adjust.
Adjustment may pick up a cry, a fight with your loved one, interfere with you, feel the need to set up a straight set of fatigue, muscle pain, nausea, diarrhea, cold, inflammation, broken relationships, and take away the idea of stopping heavy, vomiting, depression, anxiety, or the large emotional exhaust.
If any of these symptoms occur a few days and weeks after the healing session, give your heart a go. It is a real sign of healing. It’s not that your practitioner did something wrong, it’s not that you did something wrong, it’s not that you’re destined to never feel good. When you experience a healing crisis, it means things are moving as they should. The deeper and more intense the healing crisis, the deeper and more intense healing.
What can you do?
Your three bodies must be allowed to do shift, purge and healing work. This means additional self-care. We recommend the following:
- Drink extra water for a few days. This helps the body wash away the toxins and helps circulate everything.
- Meditate in the evening before going to bed. This will help your spiritual body by creating extra space and keeping you quiet in your busy mind.
- You can get extra rest by going to bed a little earlier or bringing him to sleep a little later. It won’t completely confuse your routine, but by giving yourself extra time, it helps your energetic body relax and regenerate.
- Spend time journaling. Late it and pay attention to what’s going on. Although we often believe that thinking is the best way to process and sort things out, writing is a much more effective tool to dig deeper layers of our needs and desires.
- Put a special emphasis on a good diet and reduce dul for a while.
If your healing crisis is particularly strong, give it time before the next session. If your symptoms are like feeling anxious about repeating the experience, take a break. It’s up to you and you know best. If you are unsure, talk to your practitioner and make a plan that will make you feel better (or not) continuation (or not) not.
As for healing, it’s okay to go slowly. Do not push yourself during this process. In fact, I would recommend you enjoy it! This is what you’ll live again!
