Spiritual Depression: What is it and how can you handle it?

If you are suffering or suffering from depression, you are not alone.

It is estimated that 20% of adults experience at least one serious clinical depression in their lifetime, and many face a lifelong struggle with depression.

What is depression?

Depression is disappointed not only because he has been miserable here and there, but also because he hasn’t gotten a job, a man, a dream home.

Everyone can have a bad day, and we all do, but depression is even more. Those suffering from depression face a daily battle with despair.

Depression seems to mean when you seem to lose all your sense of joy and what you were enjoying. I can’t sleep or I’m sleeping too much. Can’t eat, or eat too much. You worry endlessly and your self-talk is always negative. You have a hard time caring for yourself, let alone your family.

Don’t make mistakes: depression is a serious problem and not something that anyone can “get over.”

As Albert Einstein famously said… “We can’t solve the problem using the same kind of thought that we used when we created them.”

If you are struggling with depression, I would recommend you see professional medical help and counseling that will help you deal with underlying issues and sometimes chemical causes.

But why not address the underlying mental cause?

What is the mental cause of depression?

From a spiritual perspective, depression is an age of darkness and a lack of light. It is caused by pain, negativity, challenging experiences, past emotions, old wounds, present struggles, and accumulation of worries about the future.

These dense, heavy, dark emotions stack up in your energy body, losing your weight, dampening your light, making it difficult for you to deal with.

Thus, depression is like an overload of dense and challenging energy that is caused when painful emotions, emotions, and experiences are not released.

There are two possibilities here: where this density and negativity came from. These are internal and externally absorbed emotions.

Internal emotions that cause depression

In our current rather materialistic world, many are sold lies. Have you bought a dream of material success, perfect family life, never-ending romance, a dream of so-called beauty and a strict standard of desire for an incredibly perfect life?

When you can’t achieve something that is inevitably unachievable, you may remain worthless, guilty, lazy, and useless. You may track the fact that simply being there is enough without chasing an artificial goal.
This lasting sense of failure is driving away the light and joy from your life, leaving you with nothing more than darkness and despair.

Furthermore, it is inevitable that we will address major lifestyle changes and issues such as death and birth, relocation, dissolution, job loss, and health failure.

These major life events often look and feel like tragedy, but retain hidden opportunities for growth, transformation and positive change. By releasing challenging emotions, fears and doubts, accepting change allows events to move and come out stronger and be played on the other side.

Past emotions, emotions, and memories arise from within through reflection, prayer, writing, tears and rituals, and hope to be prepared and happy to be released…

But for many, it all gets too big and instead of being released, emotions are buried. Instead of melting past challenges into light or bringing old energy back to Earth, old pain and negativity sticks to your energy body and draws it more and more.

Challenges, negative emotions, experiences are compounded until you get stuck… You feel stuck in the mud, owned in negativity, trapped in the fog, or dragged by a violent storm of toxic thoughts and negative emotions. And the bigger the storm, the more it appears to let it go.

Instead of releasing and moving forward, you are drawn back to the old patterns, limiting your beliefs and limiting your fearful emotions.

Externally absorbed emotions that cause depression

As humans, we want to be connected to one another. This is why the emotions, pain and negative energy that other people have accumulated will soon become yours, especially if you are very sensitive.

If you grew up in a difficult environment, or if your family is experiencing depression, or working with a downbeat colleague, you may find yourself on a slippery slope towards depression issues before you know it.

When physically or emotionally close to someone going through a challenging time, you will actually feel their pain, sadness, anger, feelings of failure, regret, and worry.

If you don’t take steps to purify your energy and protect yourself from this, their heavy, dense, melancholy energy may become yours.

This often happens to caring and caring individuals who try to help a depressed person, and instead are drawn into a storm of emotional tension, tension and dense energy.

And if you are struggling or challenging a little, it is exacerbated by the painful experiences of others.
Life can be crushed quickly, not joy, and more negativity from others will barely begin to survive, rather than rubbing you down.

Because even if you are completely happy and satisfied from the beginning, your energy will naturally contact you and connect with others and vibrately match. Sometimes without knowing it, you can take on their intense emotions, pain, stress, and although they are not, they will feel like you are!

These are the wrong goals and by forcing them to tackle themselves towards you, you will only create a malicious circle of more failures and depression. Instead, you need something more fulfilling and nourishing in life, which can only come from a spiritual sense of interconnectedness with the source.

Find ways to adjust gratitude and happiness from where you are.

Of course, if there is any abuse you are dealing with, take massive action to make your efforts safe.

Otherwise, consider starting a spiritual practice that calls you. It really doesn’t matter what it is. Rituals and actions that connect with the sacred thing, calm the mind, and give you something that serves the same purpose.

Furthermore, meditation and mindfulness are also great tools for understanding and countering depression from a spiritual standpoint. Meditation helps you get inside, and it will communicate with your inner core, your higher self. Your higher self is not “being” depressed. And by connecting with the light of your higher self, you will find there a sense of acceptance and tranquility that is difficult to defeat.

Mindfulness in your daily life can help you counter the anxiety that often comes with depression. When you live for now, there’s nothing to worry about. And this relieves a lot of depression burden because the negative emotions and toxic energy of depression simply do not apply.
