Purify energy with golden light

First, allow your consciousness to shift inward…focus on your heart center, allow your consciousness to move into your heart, and allow it to open.

Feel light, warmth, and peace easily and naturally within your open heart.

Then repeat it in your mind or out loud.

Now allow the Golden Light to enter the center of your heart. Then your heart center will be ignited, awakened and filled with the light of this Golden Sun, Christ.

Relax and breathe into your heart center, spreading the golden light of your heart center around you and immersing yourself completely in the light.

As you are centered in your heart chakra, a sphere of light expands around you and a sphere of light surrounds your entire being.

That is, the top of the orb is above your head. The bottom of the orb is at your feet and you are completely surrounded by this glowing orb of light…above, below, in front, to the sides, behind, inside…

It spins at the speed of light, releasing from your energy field what is not supposed to be there… releasing lower vibrations, negativity, fear, toxins. All attachments are unlocked from your energy field and released through this rotating sphere of light.

The angels are there to help you let go and release into the light. And as this ball of light continues to rotate, you become faster and faster…

Archangel Michael also assists in this cleansing process.

It is as if your energy field is being evacuated by the rotation of this vortex. The orb rotates around you faster and faster, purifying your energy on every level.

When this happens, keep your attention focused on your breathing…and as you breathe, let go and pay attention to whatever happens. You may notice memories, emotions, sensations that are about to be released…

Be careful of them…

Then place them in a rotating sphere of light that cleanses your energy.

Continue this visualization for as long as you like and as long as you feel guided. The longer the Sun’s golden sphere of light rotates around you, the more deeply and thoroughly your energy will be purified.

And when you feel ready, wait for the sphere of light to rise above your being.
