The angels are always consistent in their teaching. Surround yourself internally and externally, both internally and externally, to demonstrate your highest spiritual potential.

This guidance makes perfect sense. Because when there is a positive view of life, there is a more easily way in life that flows to you.

However, I understand that being completely positive is not always easy. And that negativity affects not only you, but everyone in your life.

Being negative is dangerous. Because it appears to be innocent enough, but in reality it can limit the potential and purpose of life and have a concrete effect on physical health.

The good news is that the power of positive thoughts far outweighs the power of negative thoughts. And the decision to move towards more positive thoughts becomes a habit that drives negative thought patterns and creates ripple effects of beneficial outcomes over time.

Of course, staying positive is easier than ever to say. Sometimes life can bring challenges (or ten), you have to work a little to keep your vibrations high and keep your energy clear.

With that in mind, there are several steps that can help you remember the power of positivity. ..

1. Don’t compare

Comparing yourself to others will inevitably bring pain to you, whether your perception is more or less valuable. Comparison leads to an endless game where you feel bulging and then dropped. By comparison, you can put your worth outside of yourself, and in the long run, this leads to anxiety, stress and frustration. These are all major inhibitors of positive outlook.

2. Thank you

This is very easy. Psychic teachers often advise students to stop regularly and frequently throughout the day and repeat “Thank you, thank you, thank you.” Even if you don’t have a clear object of gratitude in mind, this prayer will quickly change your perspective on your blessings in life. This is especially important between the challenges of anger and moments. Shift your thoughts from what’s wrong in your life and start focusing on many things you need to be grateful for now.

3. Fake it until you make it

Your thoughts and feelings affect each other. If you can’t improve your mood, try acting as you do. Behave in a way that feels confident, calm or positive and see how quickly your emotions last. This is not an attempt to manipulate the universe. This is a real tool to change the internal state to higher vibrations. Do some great ways to “fake” include changing the posture, facial expression, or the music you are listening to? If you feel positive and uplifted, how do you sit or walk? Even if you’re not completely there, it can lead to rapid changes in how you actually feel, start carrying yourself like this.

4. Choose to respond proactively

Sometimes things happen outside of your control, so you can’t always choose what happens to you in life. However, there is always a choice in terms of how to respond to what happens. You can respond from habits or decide to bring awareness at each moment and remain centrally rooted regardless of provocation. This isn’t always easy. If you are experiencing problems, choose as soon as possible, check whether it is or after, and work on reducing the gap.

5. Please exist at the moment

Don’t worry about the past or future. This is where negative energy turns into an endless feedback loop that you play over and over in your head. Work to be consciously present with everything you do and everyone you meet. Truly, the present moment is the only time you can make a difference. Maintaining evidence, central and mindfulness in the present moment can help you ensure maximum positivity throughout the day.

6. See Failure

When things go wrong, you either let someone down or you struggle to improve, it’s easy to be disappointed. However, failure does not need to be considered a loss. There are lessons to learn in every life experience, and the earlier you start looking at failure as a teacher and motivationalist, the faster your outlook will change. There are always other opportunities to learn lessons.

7. Focus on what you don’t want

If you are familiar with the law of attraction, you know that focusing on negativity brings you more to feel negative. Focus on your goals and what you want to show up in your life. Take your time every day for visualization and pay attention as your mind wanders into rare ways of thinking.

8. I often laugh


Have you ever stopped and stocked your life to understand that everything has become so serious? Being motivated and ambitious to improve your life and yourself is great, but it often leads to a black and white, success/fail mentality. Agility means sometimes to remove yourself from the hook and brighten up. Laughter at your mistakes, brush away the sarcasm, and sometimes fascinate you. Move towards something that brings lightness, joy and happiness to you.

Negativeness tends to self-absorb you. This is a malicious cycle of feeling shortage, like the weak or victim. The best way to get away from this kind of idea is to give yourself. Start small. Open the door for the person behind you, pay for the next car, and ask follow-up questions after the first “How was your day?” Giving doesn’t always have to be a monumental opportunity. You will see a big change in your positivity with slight random acts of kindness.

10. Protect a good company

You are influenced by people who spend your time. If the people around you are focusing on negativity, drama and competition, this will inevitably scrape you off. Have you ever noticed that you tend to gossip with the same person or two? You are eating each other and habitually return to negativity.

If you want to make an impactful change, you’ll be drawn to people you respect and intuitively want to emulate. Their positivity is immersed in you and soon you become a positive role model for others.

And the good news is that surrounding positive people involves reading inspiring books, so even if you don’t know many positive people… you can easily achieve this on a trip to a bookstore or devour the work of a positive and inspirational writer.
