Can you use a little extra encouragement and motivation to move your body? can! One of my goals in February is doing a better job than giving priority to workouts. I set my goal to exercise for 10 minutes a day in January, but after that I didn’t intend to accomplish it early … that is, most of the day was over!

My goal in February is to get up a little earlier and train first in the morning. I have experimented with this plan this week, which creates such differences. In fact, I was trained every day this week!

In order to fulfill my accountability and help me stick to my plan, I have decided to invite people who want to participate in a 10 -day 10 -minute fitness challenge! Details are as follows.

  1. We start on Monday (February 3, 2025) and will be held every day until February 14, 2025.
  2. Just participate Select a type of exercise that promises to do 10 minutes or 10 minutes One day. (If you want to follow the plan I use, see below.)
