Don’t own a superyacht or even a yacht? Just be yourself this summer thanks to a shoe collaboration between celebrity-favorite sleepwear label Petit Plume and Tkees, a company celebrated for its quietly luxurious designs made from Brazilian leather.
Petit Plume, worn by Gwyneth Paltrow and the Kardashians, is known for complementing its ultra-soft pajama sets with finely crafted slippers, but the flip-flops are a first for the brand led by a former CIA officer. This is exactly what you get with the Petite Plume x Tkees collection, which launches May 11th and is available for purchase at both petiteplume.com and tkees.com. Here, three never-before-seen styles of Tkees’ legendary Lily sandals, navy French ticking, cabana stripes, and navy white straps, serve as key components of Petit Plume’s large yacht club capsule. This capsule is chock-full of nautical-inspired nightgowns, sleep masks, robes, and pajamas for the whole family, created with your upcoming summer rituals (on and off the high seas) in mind.

Keith’s hero Lily’s silhouette has been spotted on the feet of everyone from Shay Mitchell and Jennifer Lopez to Kylie Jenner and Alix Earle. There’s a reason stars love it. These leather sandals boast a buttery-soft, second-skin feel and are flexible enough to easily pack into your overnight bag, benefiting from a cushioned sole that keeps comfort top of mind despite Lily’s understated appearance.

Each of the three Petite Plume x Tkees models is handcrafted in Brazil and features superior traction to prevent unfortunate slips on deck or trips in the sand. Whether you opt for bold cabana stripes, intricate French ticking in navy and white, or an all-over navy option, the prints all pay homage to “lazy mornings and long weekends by the coast,” according to the marketing copy.

The two collaborators aim to look as chic and scuff-free as possible in their environment.
“Teekies have long been a warm-weather staple, making them the perfect partner for the Yacht Club collection, which celebrates coastal elegance, relaxed summer living, and timeless style,” Petit Plume founder Emily Hikade told WWD. “Together, we reimagined the iconic Lily flip-flop with a carefully selected combination of Petit Plume’s traditional prints and designs inspired by the Yacht Club collection, giving it a sophisticated summer-ready finishing touch.”
In fact, as Carly Barnett, creative director and co-founder of Tkees, puts it, it’s all about combining “effort and elation.” Fresh flip flops definitely prove that you don’t have to sacrifice simplicity for style and are comfortable all day long. do not have Let’s put the attention-grabbing summer aesthetics on the backburner.
