jess cheerfulco-host of The Breakfast ClubI am stepping into my writing days. until death becomes a parent A frank and deeply personal look at co-parenting, love, and the real-life lessons that come with it.

In this book, Jess shares how she got through difficult seasons and talks about some of her most difficult moments while growing, healing, and learning to build a healthy co-parenting dynamic. She offers raw, relatable insight about blending families and finding balance along the way.

She also gets personal about her marriage, reflecting on how she knew her husband was “the one” from their first date, when they were focused on getting to know each other. sheand not just her public persona. That foundation, she says, helped form a strong relationship that was a natural fit for her co-parenting journey.

Now raising both teenagers and toddlers, Jess describes her home as a true village where communication, honesty and understanding are key. She emphasizes that co-parenting is not always perfect, but is an ongoing process that requires patience, grace, and a shared focus on the child’s well-being.

At her core, her message is clear. Relationships may evolve, but parenting is eternal. Through humor, honesty, and hard-earned wisdom, Jess wants to break down prejudice and show that with the right mindset and a lot of love, successful co-parenting is possible.
