Now, as per BBC Newsa woman in her 40s was arrested on suspicion of providing immigration services in violation of Section 91 of the Immigration and Asylum Act. A man in his early 20s was also arrested on suspicion of fraud.
The arrests followed a Home Office investigation that resulted in a raid on a house in east London.
Immigration Minister Mike Tapp said: “When lawyers, so-called lawyers and paralegals, are offering this dangerous advice, we will follow. And as you have seen today, we will arrest them.”
He added: “Our asylum system is truly there for people fleeing persecution and war, and we are really proud of it. But we cannot accept people who seek to exploit it.”
