Protests will be held this weekend (April 26-27) following the controversial ruling by the UK Supreme Court, following the controversial ruling that the legal definition of women in the Equality Act of 2010 does not include transgender women.
The verdict excludes competition in women’s toilets, changing rooms or women’s sports on April 16 when trans women are single-sex.
Shortly after the verdict, British traffic police announced that Prime Minister Kiel Starmer did not believe that trans women were women, while the trans women detained by the forces would be searched by male officers.
The Supreme Court’s decision has sparked rage among trans activists and allies, with Stonewall CEO Simon Black saying he is “incredibly worried about the trans community.”

Thousands of people protested over Easter weekend in more than 20 towns and cities, including London, Brighton, Cardiff, Glasgow and Edinburgh, in what was called for as “emergency demonstrations” in response to a Supreme Court decision.
Following the London protests, Metropolitan Police said they are looking at footage from the event as some demonstrators claim to have placards featuring death threats, but no arrests have been made.
There are 29 more rallies planned this weekend (April 26th to 27th).

Brendan Phillips, one of the organizers of the Birmingham Rally, said the demonstration aims to show solidarity with those affected by the verdict.

“We have seen this hatred before, but now we have to unite once more. We stand on a united front and unite with a single common goal.
Six more protests are planned for next month, including one in London on May 25th.
