This September, the X-Men and the Fantastic Four unite against an explosive threat that even their combined intelligence and strength cannot overcome in DNX, a new five-issue comic book event series from superstar author Jed McKay (X-Men, blood hunt) and renowned artist Federico Vicentini (Miles Morales: Spider-Man). The latest installment in the history of iconic team-ups between two legendary super teams, DNX begins with the original, misguided Chairman Hank McCoy, also known as the founder of the X-Man Beast, and his group of Machiavellian supervillains known as 3K preparing to unleash a virus that will forcibly, and horrifyingly, turn humanity into mutants. This long-running plan, which has been building since the very beginning of McKay’s hit run, will not only cause seismic shifts in the Marvel Universe and impact McKay’s continued work on the series, but will disrupt the very balance between mutantkind and humanity as we know it.

X-MEN and 3K. Each is run by Xavier’s original successor, and each has their own vision for the mutant people. Each is at the throat of the other. Both Cyclops and Chairman have experienced the future of the Age of Apocalypse and have returned with new missions. It was about the X-Men stopping that future. 3K to own it. While the X-Men seek the Fantastic Four to save their people, the White Beast begins a plan to unleash the X-Virus on major populated areas!

“DNX is the next big milestone event in our X-Men operation,” McKay explained. “era of apocalypse shows the future and DNX shows how that future will affect the present. The X-Men and 3K are on a collision course set since issue #1, and only one will survive. And with the Fantastic Four also participating, this will be an event that will dramatically change the X-Men. ”

“I’m very excited to be working on DNX,” said Vicentini. “I love what Jed is doing together.” X-MenAnd I’ve always said that I wanted to work together. Now that opportunity has arrived, and it’s an even bigger challenge because I finally got the chance to work on the Fantastic Four as well! ”

“I can’t say anything about the plot, of course, but just know that I’m very excited about what we’re doing and I’m sure it’s going to be something you’ll definitely want to read. That’s how I feel, both as an artist and as a fan!” he continued.

Blind bags are also available if desired.
