healing shower

Written by David Allen live according to the soul

We feature a story about a traumatic death in a previous life and his journey into the spiritual realm.

Following the abrupt end, the client receives a purifying “healing shower.” This is a process that some souls go through to repair damaged energies during their incarnation. Once the healing shower has finished its job, we leave it behind.

This excerpt explores the movement away from earthly bonds and the restorative power of healing showers.

Da: Is it hot or cold?
Doctor: hot.

Da: Are you on the inside or on the outside?
Doctor: internal.

Da: are you alone?
Doctor: I died. A bomb has just exploded. Probably World War II. I don’t feel any headache. It feels like the top right corner is missing.

Da: That’s fine. Please pause for a moment. Nothing moves. No pain, just memories. Where were you during this event?
Doctor: I think it’s London.

Da: What were you doing?
Doctor: I was just a normal guy.

Da: Civilian?
Doctor: yes.

Da: what is your name?
Doctor: I don’t know.

Da: If you wait for a while, the pain will go away. It’s just a memory. how old are you?
Doctor: About 40.

Da: What were you doing before the explosion?
Doctor: I think I was at home. i don’t remember.

Da: If you have any information, such as your name, please let me know. Your name is especially important.
Doctor: My last name is John.

Da: John. And what year is it?
Doctor: 1943 or 1944.

Da: Please be more specific if possible.
Doctor: I’m thinking about 1944, but the war ended in 1945.

Da: Please restart your time now. Back to the situation. If you are in pain, you will quickly cross the border of death.
Doctor: I’m already there.

Da: Where are you in relation to your body?
Doctor: On top of that.

Da: What do you see?
Doctor: rubble.

Da: Can you see your body?
Doctor: yes.

Da: Is the injury you describe a head injury?
Doctor: Yes, but it’s on the left.

Da: Was anyone else at home?
Doctor: no.

Da: What do you think about the person who just passed away?
Doctor: There’s really nothing. I’m not feeling sad or happy, I’m just observing.

Da: Some may experience temporary sadness, but your soul has been through this many times and will soon return home. Is there anything else about your death or feelings?
Doctor: Maybe I didn’t live a full life because he died so young.

Da: Are you moving, Douglas?
Doctor: I think so.

narration
In some cases, past life names are unknown, so we use the client’s name (changed for anonymity). Present awareness allows us to see through both our memories and our current identities without the cognitive dissonance regarding names.
end of narration

Da: Can you still see the destruction?
Doctor: No, it’s gone.

Da: Are you moving in the direction you’re facing or backwards?
Doctor: In the direction I’m facing.

Da: Does it feel like floating or being pulled?
Doctor: both.

Da: What do you see when you look back?
Doctor: A distant sight. I don’t care.

Da: How far are you from the site?
Doctor: Thirty feet, maybe more.

Da: Are your movements steady or accelerating?
Doctor: It’s so kind.

Da: Have you moved further?
Doctor: No, I left.

Da: what’s happening?
Doctor: It’s like a shower, but without water. It’s golden light.

Da: Where does it come from? Above, to the sides, behind?
Doctor: It’s like a wall I’m walking through.

Da: What do you feel?
Doctor: warmth. It will cleanse your body and make it lighter.

Da: are you alone? Do you feel someone else?
Doctor: no.

Da: Describe the feel of this shower. What’s changing?
Doctor: It’s warm, tingly, and energizing.

Da: Does it start at the head or at the feet?
Doctor: it’s all over.

Da: Are you coming in from outside?
Doctor: Like walking through walls, no matter where you are.

Da: How strong and energetic do you feel in percent?
Doctor: It’s very strong.

Da: How do you feel about the life you have left?
Doctor: It’s a bit of a waste of time.

Da: Wait until this process completes.
Doctor: Understood.

Da: What is happening now? What lies ahead?
Doctor: Blackness mixed with gold.

narration
Souls use some of their energy when reincarnating, but more evolved souls use less energy and newer souls use more. A young soul’s energy can be damaged and requires a “healing shower” to repair. When exploring memories, I often suggest progressing quickly through this, but some people, like Douglas, progress rapidly on their own.
end of narration

Da: Is it moving?
Doctor: perhaps.

Da: Feel like you’ve been here before?
Doctor: It doesn’t feel like home. I don’t notice familiarity.

Da: Look for what lies beyond the pitch black. Can you see beyond your surroundings?
Doctor: I think you can see far away.

Da: What’s behind you?
Doctor: barrier.

Da: On the left?
Doctor: wall length.

Da: Is it on the right?
Doctor: same.

Da: Is there a point of light in the distance?
Doctor: Not yet, but I feel like my hands are full of energy.

Da: One hand or both hands?
Doctor: both.

Da: Is it moving or stationary?
Doctor: My hands are so hot I can almost lift them and I’m full of energy.

Da: Allow that energy to spread through your aura and not make you uncomfortable. Do you sense another spirit?
Doctor: still.

Da: How does your hand feel now?
Doctor: It’s the same, but it doesn’t hurt.

Da: Do they emit color?
Doctor: gold.

Da: Golden light?
Doctor: yes. I don’t know if I have any fingers anymore.

Da: We continue the process of re-energizing. Let’s complete it. what’s happening?
Doctor: It’s like shedding the skin leaving 3D behind.

Da: Is your light still golden?
Doctor: Yes, completely.

summary.

This excerpt focuses on the healing showers, or healing lights, that many people describe on their journey from death to spiritual home. Soul energy is often damaged throughout life, especially if life is difficult. Before returning home, the energy of the soul needs to be repaired, and people describe the process like this. Since we are in a timeless zone, we see where we are and as the process progresses we move directly to its end to get where we need to be.
