of Road Summer Collection 2026 is here and exceeded my expectations in every way. I ordered it on release day and it took a few weeks to arrive, but I have to say it was worth the wait. I tried to collect everything little by little. If you’re trying to decide which bronzer shade is best for you, we’ve included four color swatches and plenty of comparisons below. A quick note: Summer is here, so I got a tan – I don’t mix colors anymore; dior forever perfect foundation stick 3N or 3WO without mixing 2.5. i still Chanel Les Beiges BD41.
pocket bronze

of road pocket bronze ($25 each) I wasn’t expecting to like it any more, so I was really surprised. dior or westman atelier (For cream prescriptions). I still think the other two formulas are great, but Rhode Pocket Bronze is the easiest to apply and blend onto the skin. It’s creamy and blends into a very natural bronzer.
Comparing the formulas, Lord is the creamiest, Dior is the smoothest, and Westman Atelier is somewhere in between. I think the biggest challenge with bronzers is finding the right undertone for you. While many of you prefer neutral or cool colors, I usually prefer warm colors. In this release, I was surprised that the most golden one looked very yellow to me.

Pebble – Most neutral undertone

Sip – Warm golden color, but with a slight yellow tinge

Sunbed – my perfect summer bronzer (my favorite)

Bake – Warm, sun-kissed reddish undertones

Please note that I am now tanned! I’m probably at least 1.5 shades darker than normal. I still think sunbeds are best for my winter skin tone.

of pocket double sided brush ($25) is truly amazing, blending the cream perfectly. I still have mixed feelings about the double-ended brush due to storage issues. This style should be stored flat on the counter to avoid messing up the ends.
Highlight Milk – Luminizer
I love it too highlight milk luminizer ($28). I’m a big fan of the regular version and think the highlighter variant is a really great addition to the Rhode range. This has a very sheer fluid texture and the shimmer looks very natural. It’s not thick or sticky and is the most natural luminizer/mixer I’ve tried. A quick texture comparison looks like this: loreal lotion thicker and shinier; armani fluid sears It feels more transparent and makes the skin a little softer. Saie Super Gel It has a completely different texture.

I tried all four shades and my favorites are Shade 01 and Shade 02. Shade 03 gives a tanned glow to the skin but is a bit too dark for me, while Shade 04 is definitely too deep for me right now. You can also apply these all over your face or mix them with your moisturizer or foundation. My favorite way to apply it is to mix it with foundation. It doesn’t look matte or glittery, giving you a naturally shiny finish.
peptide lip tint
And we couldn’t resist the limited edition peptide lip tint ($20) shades. Seems to be exclusive for now load And it sold out immediately. Each color is a beautiful variation of the perfect tan nude. I really hope Rhode considers restocking them or making them permanent. It’s heartbreaking to fall in love with something that’s limited edition.
