Natasha Denona has done it again. Just when you thought she had created the most beautiful palette, she has launched yet another amazing palette that is even more amazing than the last. I think each palette is beautifully unique and different from each other.
Natasha’s latest work I want a warm eyeshadow palette. ($69) is the most beautiful mix of neutral and neutral warm. It’s absolutely stunning and perfect in every way. On my medium tan skin, the neutral warm is more flattering, but on someone with a fairer complexion, the warm would be more flattering. Currently, Sephora and Ulta Beauty.
This palette has a beautiful mix of mattes and shimmers. She has a new formula for the mattes called “Slip Cream Matte” which means that until you touch the shadows you can see they have a powdery yet creamy texture. The shimmers range from smooth shimmers to shimmery metallics.
This palette has enough variety to create a full eye look with a soft base, soft crease shades, darker shades for a soft liner, and lots of shimmers for different toppers and layered looks.
Below are some swatches.
While I wasn’t able to capture the details of her eye makeup look, her Instagram feed has some great videos that capture the details and variation of shades. Below are the shades I used: Mellow, Vim, Flashover, Fervor, and Push. Other eye makeup looks I used:
Since there were a lot of requests, I lined her up next to me. You need a nude palette (Reviewed here) and her Golden Palette (Reviewed here). I think they are all so beautifully different. Each palette looks different depending on your skin tone and undertone. Her I Need a Nude looks more neutral and cool to me, while Golden looks more neutral. This I Need a Warm is warmer, but it is more neutral and warm to my skin tone.
I need warm colors vs. I need nudes
I want warm and golden colors.
Overall, 10/10. The texture and color are amazing, easy to blend, rich in color and long lasting. I think this is the best product she has ever launched and I can’t wait to see what’s next.
