Blueberries are spring fruits rich in antioxidants, vitamins and fiber. These superberry can benefit skin health by neutralizing free radicals that can cause immature aging and damage. Not only is it one of the most delicious leaves for your salad, but the rocket can also benefit skin health by reducing inflammation and protecting against sun damage due to its high antioxidant content.
