I read 40 books in 2024. This was the lowest number of books I’ve read in a year in a while, but I’m going to celebrate it because there were so many things I decided to prioritize over reading this past year. And 40 books a year still doesn’t disappoint. Plus, I read some really great books!
Tomorrow I’ll be sharing the top 4 books I read in 2024, but today I’m sharing a list of all the books I read…
Memoir: out of the depths, sunlight burning in the middle of the night, nothing is wasted, still standing, resilient, Saving My Assassin
Spiritual inspiration: through the eyes of a lion, the house that jesus built, I want God, words with god, the gift of limits, ordinary liturgy
Books about motherhood: unlimited motherhood, Hoping for something beautiful customs for the sacred house
fiction: only beautiful things, women, Warsaw Sisters

It’s not showing because it’s just completed: reconnected and hope of heaven
I completed both of them during my Christmas trip to Kansas, so they didn’t show up in the photos I took before I left.
Come to think of it, this was the first year that I put all the books I read on my bookshelf. I usually donate or give away most books after reading them, but this year I thought it would be fun to keep them as a visual reminder of everything I’ve read this year. Here is my bookshelf with all my books!
Do you know how many books you’ll have read by 2024? Have you set reading goals for 2025?
Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing the top 4 books I read in 2024 (can you guess which one I’ll choose??). Then, on Monday, I’ll share with you the books I plan to read in January.
