You all like the preparation for a meal on Monday last week, and you’ve been seeking more, so I’m trying to share them regularly!
This weekend, I had something to eat for our dinner (and some extra fun!). It’s very pleasant to have dinner for almost a week!
What I ate
Taco meat (2 -pound brown beef with one packet taco seasoning -I will eat a brown beef beef of brown beef without taco seasonings for this week’s lunch. 。
Spaghetti Casserole (Spaghetti noodles with jar red sauce mixed with eggs and mozzarella cheese, brown cow minced meat and cottage cheese. Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese and bake for 30 minutes or 350 degrees until foaming).
Ham & Beans (I was mixed with canned beans and some ham in the freezer -I sold everything in the past 5 months. Boil for about 10 minutes, then lower the heat 30. Break -for -minute).
Homemade cracker (These worked very well -a recipe coming to the second half of this week!)
Cinnamon roll muffin (I like the taste of cinnamon rolls, but if you like the ease of muffins, these are wonderful options! I will also share the recipe immediately!).
Healthy peanut butter protein ball (These were very healthy -PB powder, apple sauce, protein powder-, they were as delicious as them! I also share the recipe right away!)

Sunday -Scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, fresh apple/carrot/orange/beat juice
Monday -Ham & Beans (already made), honeycorn bread, apple slices
Tuesday -Spagetti Casserol (already made), homemade rolls, steamed vegetables
Wednesday -Prin dinner for Casslin’s 20th birthday
Thursday -Naked chicken nuggets, homemade bread, teter toots, steamed vegetables, apple sauce
Friday -Taco Bowls -Tacos meat, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, homemade tortillas
Saturday -May left or frozen pizza
