If you have an ingredient that spoils too quickly, it’s very easy to submit a report about it in your account. Any missing ingredients will be refunded immediately. Additionally, if missing ingredients make it impossible to make at least one or two meals, we will refund the entire box in the form of a credit for future shipments.
Things like this rarely happen, but it’s happened to me a couple of times over the years and I’ve had to get my money back or get a credit added to my free meal box. It was very quick and easy.
