The current iconic X-Men event, Hellfire Gala, has returned in July this year. X-Men: Hellfire all night #1, a hugely sized one shot written and drawn by the current creator of X-Line, including Jed MackayX-Men), Gale Simone (Uncanny X-Men), Eve L. Ewing (Exceptional X-Men), Luciano Vecchio (Uncanny X-Men, storm), Javier Garon (Uncanny X-Men), Sarah Picherri (Scarlet Witch), and more.
The annual gathering will be another note this time, with mutant kinds gathering to look back at the loss of mutant cratea. As they look back, they govern their hope for the future, and readers look forward to a night of joyful celebrations, delicious dramas and of course super hero high fashion. Like the previous Hellfire Galas, the charming party is filled with reunions, returns and revelations, setting the stage for the year after X-Men storytelling! Hey, they remember genocide, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it!
A year ago, at the last Hellfire Gala, the dream of a unified mutant nation was shattered forever by a cowardly sneak attack by the anti-Califan army. It’s time for all striped X-Men to be together in solidarity and celebration, to mark that moment and loudly declare to everyone who is worried that Mutantkind is still standing. You’ll be there in the Keystone moments that showcase the meetings and moments fans have been sought since “From the Ashes” began, marking the movements of one era in the next, and setting up a story thread that unfolds across X-Line in the near future.
