This cottage cheese pancake recipe is very easy. packed With protein! These pancakes are similar to crepes and are perfect for a variety of fillings and toppings. There are only 6 basic ingredients and I always have them all on hand.
my children love This pancake. In fact, they are often requested for birthday breakfast. They sometimes eat these plain as a grab-and-go breakfast on the way to school.
I like how easy it is. Just throw everything in the blender and you’re done. Also, pouring the batter from the mixer onto the griddle is genius. Much easier than using a mixing bowl.
