Save the pickup
To check if an item qualifies for Store Pickup, check availability on the product page or look for the “Pickup” option when checking out. Items in stock in the store will be ready for pickup within 24 hours of ordering. If you need to ship to the store, it will take about 4-6 days. In any case, you will receive an email confirmation when the pickup is ready.
You must bring a copy of the “ready to pick up” email and be ready to display your ID when you receive your order. It takes 4 days to get the item. Otherwise, the store will cancel your order and issue a refund.
I know the return policy
You may be thinking… Just knowing the return policy, how can I save my order? This tactic is not about getting a discount, but about bypassing avoidable fees. Many retailers offer free online returns, but UO is not. For each return, you will be charged a $5 refill fee deducted from your order. Therefore, if you have to make a return, we recommend that you try hard to get back in the store.
Unfortunately, if you order furniture from city trinkets and want to return it, there is a refill fee regardless. That’s because you can’t return furniture purchases in the store. Furniture refill fees vary by product, but you can find the exact furniture refill fees you need on the item’s product page. According to UO’s return policy, selected furniture will be charged a 15% refill fee.
Finally, UO MRKT, a market used by external sellers to sell on urbanoutfitters.com, may be subject to returns and/or refill fees. That’s because those sellers have their own shipping and return conditions. Products that are UO MRKT products will be marked as such on the product page.
