In a heartfelt conversation with KeKi Palmer, the actress opened up about everything since her Broadway debut. all the wonderful things She grew up as the daughter of music legend Diana Ross. Ross admitted that for years she internalized society’s expectations about marriage and motherhood and believed there was something wrong with her because she didn’t follow a traditional path. But now she has fully accepted living life on her own terms.

KiKi Palmer praised Ross for changing the conversation around single women, saying that she deeply sympathized with Ross’s perspective and never understood why society so often measures a woman’s success by her relationship status.

Ross agreed, pointing to the pressures of sexism, ageism, and outdated social expectations that continue to shape these conversations.

Ross credits legendary women like Diane Keaton, Carol Burnett and Lucille Ball for shaping his comedic style, praising their fearless acting and expressive faces.

“I couldn’t stop laughing,” Ross said. “I never want to stop smiling.”

That naturally led to a conversation about aging and beauty standards. While stressing that she supports everyone in making choices that make them feel confident, Ross said she personally loves watching people’s facial expressions and movements.

“I love life in my face,” she said with a laugh. “I don’t want to look like a baby dolphin.”

The two also joked about skincare, neck creams, sunscreen, and the reality of getting older, proving they can find humor in every stage of life.

The interview ended with Ross teasing more stories she was saving for Kike, including revealing the celebrity that once made her a total star, and then the two geared up for a playful round. “Act casually” A hilarious dating game centered around awkward flirting and comedic improvisation.
