This girl is rewriting the story of being active for a woman who doesn’t feel like she belongs to the world of physical activity.

The new We Like The Way You Move campaign is a powerful and vibrant celebration of every chapter in women’s lives, highlighting how they move life in all their strength, beauty and personality.

“We Like the Ways You Move” celebrates the various ways our women choose to move for themselves, through simple, everyday routines and moments of intentional movement.

Many of our women do not feel that they belong to the world of physical activity. In particular, women with underrepresented groups, especially women from low-income backgrounds, and women with South Asian Muslims, blacks, ages 55-74, pregnant, or children under 1 year old.

We’re here to change that. Whether it’s a purposeful walk, a joyful dance or a simple stretch, we encourage women to discover that only 10 minutes of intentional movement can boost energy, boost mood, boost confidence and even improve sleep.

Together, we are helping more women feel like they belong to the world of physical activity and experiencing the immediate benefits of it.
