Do you remember when it was mythology to find nude tights as a black woman? These days, there are incredible companies that take black women into consideration and think about our needs, like Camone. They are a gorgeous shoe brand that everyone talks about and specializes in shoes, “designed to the skin tones of all women.” Kahmune’s Messege is a matter of clear expression. Diversity is important. Inclusion is important. We celebrate it all! ”

We offer the 10 darkest colors, from Edinburgh to the lightest tints of Juba. Their shades are “inspired by the diverse parts of the world.” This was a passionate project, naming each shade after a woman whose skin tone inspired us throughout this journey, and using popular make-up brand shades to help us find the perfect match. The first offers two classic styles, open sandals and a pointy toe pump.

Shoes range from £200-250, so this is an investment, but quality nude shoes can be worn in so many ways and last for years. They are scheduled to be released in March, so definitely beware of them. We also love that they offer products to markets they have been neglected and are trying to empower women.
