We had a great time checking out the most anticipated movie of the year. Starring Ana de Armas and Keanu Reeves ballerina Expanding a rough, action-packed universe John Wick There is a fresh female lead at the heart of chaos. The storyline itself is solid, looking deeper into the assassin’s twisted world, depicting an arc of personal revenge that keeps the story moving. But while this concept was intriguing, this implementation made me a little overwhelming.
As expected John Wick– Style movies were there a lot To the point of murder, almost excessive. The non-stop action is visually clenched from time to time, but it’s easy to repeat and even started to feel a little boring. Yes, the franchise is rooted in hyper-violent stylized combat, but this installment is heavily leaning towards the number of bodies and may not be enough for emotional depth or creative storytelling.
Ana de Armas is cute and clearly committed to the role, but it was stretch to believe that her petite frame could rob the waves after the waves of male enemies. Keanu Reeves appears, but he felt his screen time was limited. Original fan John Wick The series may want more of his stoic presence. whole, ballerina There was that moment, and although I added a bit of emotional complexity to the franchise, I struggled with pacing and faith. Hardcore action fans may love merciless combat, but others may find themselves hoping for a bit more story and a bit more slaughter. I’ll give it 7/10, but it’s worth watching!
