In fan favorite segments, “Wear it or tear it.” Sheri took things to a whole new octave. There’s nothing but Andre 3000’s unforgettable Met Galarque. She has a piano on her back!

Andre said he made the internet buzz literally He hit a chord by appearing at the Met Gala on an epic piano tied to his shoulders – and you know Sheri had to ask: Should we wear it or tear it?

When Andre 3000 joined the Met Gala, he made an entrance Through the kitchen-literally.

“I rarely do the red carpet,” he recalled an unconventional 2008 appearance. “So we came up with this plan to sneak in from the bottom of the building. I walked the chicks in my tuxedo, chocked the cooks and had the best time. It felt like a stealth mission.

Fast forward to the 2025 Met Gala, Andre brought a moment when only he could dream: Outkast Icon, Woodwind Wizard, and Sartorial Enigma arrived. The grand piano was tied to the back– Yes, perfect piano. As if that wasn’t enough, he dropped a surprising EP on his way to the museum. Classic Andre: unexpected, poetic, unmistakably unforgettable.
