In the first three “zombie” movies, Zed and Addison brought the kinds of humans and monsters
Together in my hometown of Seabrook. Now, as their summer road trip takes an unexpected detour and lands in the middle of yet another monster rivalry, the duo’s new adventure is dawn: Daywalker vs. Vampire. The tension comes when Zed and Addison realize that Zed and Addison are acting as camp counselors between two opposing supernatural factions. With the help of Eliza and Willa, they must convince their sworn enemies, Nova and Victor, to try and unite their war world before even greater threats put them all in danger.
Zombie franchises, a powerhouse in youth entertainment, have consistently achieved great results for children and families with each film’s release. Premiere TV broadcasts for all three zombie films ranked number one among six to 11 children, when 9-14 debuted (2018, 2020, 2022). The first three films also earned around 400 billion streaming hours, making them one of Disney+’s most popular original movie franchises on Disney Channel. The music has accumulated over 5.7 billion streams on YouTube Music, Disney Channel YouTube and Disney Music Vevo. Meanwhile, the soundtracks for “Zombie” and “Zombie 3” hit number one on the Billboard Top Kid Albums chart. The “Zombie” franchise has won one certified platinum single and five certified gold singles from the American Recording Industry Association (RIAA).
