The first trailer and poster for Disney’s Hexed, an all-new magical coming-of-age story set to hit theaters on November 25th, have been released. The original animated film was Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 65th Animation feature.
The previously announced voice cast includes Hailee Steinfeld and Rashida Jones, as well as seven-time Emmy Award® winner Tracy Ullman (The Tracy Ullman Show, Tracy Ullman) Take On…”, “Bullet Over Broadway”, “Robin Hood: Men in Tights”) voices the magical quill Ms. Quill, and Stephen Fry (“The Inquisitor”, “The Hobbit” trilogy, “Gosford Park”, “Jeves and Wooster”, “V for Vendetta”) as the magic magazine Elias Quire.
The new trailer introduces us to the impulsive and unconventional teenage girl Billie (voiced by Hailee Steinfeld) and her cautious mother Alice (voiced by Rashida Jones). When Billie accidentally unlocks her secret magical abilities, she ventures from the suburbs into a magical realm called Hexe, where she is greeted by Mr. Quill (voiced by Tracey Ullman) and Elias Quire (voiced by Stephen Fry). As Billie’s spectacle-filled journey unfolds, she discovers a family mystery that could change the magical world of witches forever.
Director Fawn Vieira-Sansone said, “Billie is surrounded by amazingly strange phenomena that she cannot explain. She is a character who feels abandoned by her life, and to begin to understand herself she must leave the everyday world and step into a hidden world of free-spirited magic.”

Disney’s “Hexed” is directed by Fawn Viera-Santone and Jason Hand, co-directed by Josie Trinidad, and produced by Roy Conli and Yvette Merino. The film will be released in theaters only on November 25, 2026.
