I had the most magical birthday vacation at Walt Disney World with my favorite prince! 🏰 We spent the day at the magical Magic Kingdom. Everyone knows this place and it’s one of my all-time favorite places. It was my first visit in almost two years, so this little birthday escape felt special and dreamy.
One of the highlights of the day was finally experiencing Tiana’s Bayou Adventure! 🌿🐸✨ This ride will officially open in June 2024, and even though I missed it that year, I was even more excited to finally see it in person. Inspired by the story of Princess Tiana, this attraction takes you on a whimsical journey through the bayou with Tiana and Louis the crocodile. They bring together musical creatures for a vibrant Mardi Gras celebration, all the way down to that iconic 50-foot drop.
From the moment I arrived I was completely in awe. The details, the music, the beautiful scenery, and all the fun little activities while waiting in line made the experience feel so immersive and magical. As for the line, I arrived at 9am, so I only had to wait about 35 minutes! The sunshine, the excitement in the air, and the calm Disney atmosphere of the morning made everything feel like a fairy tale and a reality.
Now let’s talk about the ride itself…it’s so much fun! The little surprise drops had us laughing and screaming, but the big one at the end definitely caught us off guard in the best way possible. And yes… I got completely soaked 😂 But honestly, in that Florida heat, it felt refreshing and perfect.
After our adventure we went to meet Princess Tiana who is absolutely amazing as always! 💚 It was my husband’s first time meeting her in person, which made the moment even sweeter. He was such a trooper all day that I convinced him to wear a Ray t-shirt for the occasion.
Overall, I give Tiana’s Bayou Adventure a glowing 10/10 rating. Between the creativity, storytelling, music, and pure joy packed within the attraction, it truly felt magical from start to finish. The gift shop was cute, but Princess Tiana is that girl, so I definitely think she should buy more beautiful items. 👑✨
