I met Some advice This week I stuck to me: “Do stimulate the mornings and calm the night.” I couldn’t agree any more. It also summarises exactly how you choose the book you want to read. In the morning, I always read non-fiction for a few minutes and drove me into the day with good energy. At night, I end with fiction. The good story is that I will never fail to get out of my mind and help stop anti-minating any problem that needs to be solved. Honestly, the seductive novel is the best with your hands down Treatment of insomnia I’ve found it up until now.
I can’t spend hours reading every day, but this morning and evening Microhabit has become a lot of reading during this year. So, as we are in the middle of 2025, I thought I was sharing the best books I’ve read so far this year. Some are new, others are just new to me, but they are all books I thoroughly enjoyed.
