I wrote about the power of this book. year And I recently started reading it again. This book is about defining habits that improve your daily life and organizing your days better based on them. It helped me identify areas in my life where I was achieving my goals and areas where I was not. This helped me find small ways to improve areas that fall into the latter category. it’s not About perfectionism.
