More than half of adults are “open to sexual experimentation” with artificial intelligence (AI), a survey has found.
Survey of 25,000 adults using “AI-related” platform joy eye It found that 55% of respondents were open to sexual experimentation with AI or thought they would like it.
The data shared by the platform further revealed that 45 per cent of participants found the idea of a threesome between their partner and an AI “third person” appealing, while 61 per cent admitted they were more comfortable sharing their sexual desires with an AI than with another person.
Additionally, 61% said AI helped them discover sexual interests and interests they didn’t know they had.

However, concerns remain about the use of AI for sexual gratification. Most recently, X was widely criticized for allowing Grok to digitally undress people without their consent and generate sexual images of children at the request of users.
Amid criticism, Musk said on January 3 that anyone who uses Grok to “create illegal content” will “suffer the same consequences as if they uploaded illegal content.”
Later, X’s official safety account issued the following statement: “We take action against illegal content on X, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including removal, permanent account suspension, and working with local authorities and law enforcement as appropriate.
“Those who use Grok or encourage the creation of illegal content will suffer the same consequences as those who upload illegal content,” Musk added, repeating his own post from the previous day.
Additionally, AI is increasingly associated with spreading misinformation and reinforcing bias online.
