Mac Davis, of Owosso, pleaded guilty to one count of committing a hate crime for attempting to carry out a mass murder at a gay bar associated with the LGBTQ+ community and a nearby political headquarters.
In his book, Davis called the political headquarters “Location 1” and wrote that it was “filled with far-left liberal assholes.” He called the gay bar “Location 2” and described it as an “af*gg*t bar.”

Davis was taken into custody in June after police responded to a call of shots fired at the home of a local ABC affiliate. WJRT It was reported at the time.
