Los Angeles Blade names new publisher

Los Angeles Blade, a major LGBTQ news outlet in Southern California, has today announced the appointment of a new publisher Alexander Doriguez.

Rodriguez has a long background for a deep commitment to the Quia Media, Business Development, and the Los Angeles Community. He works as a lead writer and podcast host of Metrosource Magazine and Ged Magazine. FLESHBOT GAY content director. And as a host and producer of “ON THE ROCKS” podcast. In terms of business, Rodriguez has been working for business development in the banking industry in Los Angeles as a whole. He also has a wide background of events and management, and is the board of directors of many LGBTQ non -profit organizations. As a personality of television and radio, he served as a moderator of LGBTQ events nationwide.

“I’m excited to bring a variety of media and business experience to Los Angeles blades,” Rodriguez said. “We will continue the blade mission to function as a record news outlet of the community in these challenging era, and work on the community and subsequent bridges.”

Rodriguez begins with a new role on Monday, February 3rd.

“I’m excited to welcome Alexander as a blade team,” said Kevin Nuff, one of the owners of Los Angeles blade. “His multimedia and business side experience help to grow the LA blades and continue their commitment to the best journalism that provides services to the South California LGBTQ community.”

Rodriguez will be the second Los Angeles Blade publisher following the unexpected death of the established publisher Troy Masters in December. Master has been playing a role for nearly eight years. The community will gather to celebrate the master’s life at the monastery from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Monday, February 10.

“Troy’s heritage is steered with Alexander with Alexander with a new local news editor, Gissel Paromera,” added.

Los Angeles Blade, released in 2017, celebrates the 8th anniversary of March. It is a sister publication of Washington Blade established in 1969, provided an unparalleled news of queer political news, the only LGBTQ outlet of the White House Pool Pool and the White House Correspondents Association, dedicated LGBTQ. Outlet is the only LGBTQ outlet. A seat in the White House Briefly Filling Room.
