“It’s not hiding and it’s scary, but once you lean into it and once I enter that rehearsal room with Owen – it was mainly where my nerves resonate.

“Before I met him it was like, ‘How we’re going to pull this apart, it’s just the two of us in this room.” But I met him, and on the first day I was like, “God, this guy is an expert.” It seemed he had been doing it for 50 years and he knew his line.

The episode was filmed in one take, but the duo spent two weeks rehearsing it.

“That was the rehearsal process. Whether it was me, Owen, Matt, the great photographer, I had all the creative minds. We were all working as one.
