Today is Friday, Venus Day, and even better, the Moon is in Taurus, the sign ruled by Venus, and therefore exalted.
The fact that Venus, ruler of sensual, earthy Taurus’ moon, is in one of its home signs, Libra, adds an extra nice touch.
It may be a lot of technical information, but all together it makes for a really fun few days.
This combination of calm and familiarity will last for about 48 hours, from Friday morning Eastern Time (New York/Toronto) until Sunday morning.
Every Friday when Venus is in Taurus or Libra will be a joyous day, and you may find it easier to focus on joy, connection, fun, ease, and flow.
This is the last attractive Venus Friday of 2024. Keep an eye out for Fridays during these periods in 2025, when this supportive and joyful combination returns.

Enjoy the next two days
With Venus, one of two benefic planets, in double power over the next few days, I’m going to spend some time in the garden, invite a few friends over for a quiet evening, and tell myself to find joy wherever I can.
At the end of a yoga class earlier this week, in Shavasana, the intention came to me: “Let’s have fun!”
Embracing a state of joy. It helped me remember that being alive is joy and that by choosing a playful mindset, I can enjoy whatever I’m doing.
Venus’ Favorite Things
My favorite Venus things are flowers and plants, gardens, quality chocolate, nice salt and oil baths, spending time with girlfriends, simple home cooked meals, Pilates and yoga classes, quiet time to read, walks under the trees, and chatting with siblings (my 3rd house is ruled by Venus!).
