September Astronomical Weather Forecast: Still Stormy
There are a number of troubling events in the sky that are not making us feel good. Mercury is finally getting a little stronger and has moved out of the difficult tangled area of late Cancer-early Leo, so Gemini will feel better, but Virgo will still be in the mood for the 12th.Number House Transits: Mars moves into the difficult part of Gemini ruled by Rahu (Arudra) nakshatra and tends to bring stormy changes to Aries and Scorpio rising, which will continue till September 29th.NumberVenus remains debilitated until September 18thNumber There will be an aspect from Mars that will increase conflict and critical focus in your relationships, so decide if the conflict is really worth it. There will also be a Lunar Eclipse on September 17-18.NumberThe bigger challenge in the sky is the Sun vs Saturn opposition, which we’ll discuss in more detail below.
Aspects to the Sun: Sun-Saturn opposition
The Sun begins to move towards opposition with Saturn, which will occur precisely on September 8th and will be most felt over the next two weekends ruled by the Sun and Saturn.
This may be felt over the weekend leading up to mid-September. Emotionally, Saturn’s relationship with the Sun can erode self-confidence and bring feelings of depression, which is usually most noticeable in the fall when the Sun enters Libra from October 17 to November 16.Number However, with Saturn in Aquarius this year, the effects will be felt sooner.
If Saturn and the Sun are in conjunction, you should also be concerned about high blood pressure if you have a high blood pressure element in your birth chart. In Ayurveda, this combination in the 4th, 5th, 10th, or 11th house of your birth chart can increase your blood pressure. In severe cases, it can lead to heart problems, so limit your exercise and avoid stressful situations that can affect your heart. If you have heart or high blood pressure issues, overeating and lack of exercise during the holidays can stress your heart and cause problems.
Sun also rules everyone’s health. I have noticed that being influenced by Saturn can have a negative effect on the immune system. This is also the reason for the spread of corona and cold. Strengthen your immune system with products like Colostrum, Vitamin C, Zinc. Drink more hot teas and calming teas like Vata tea and take it easy. Eat more hot foods and stop rushing and eating cold or dry foods.
Saturn blocks the energy of the Sun, limiting your ability to shine, so you may feel lonely, or be tempted to cut ties or quit your job due to conflicts with your boss, which can lead to depression, which you may feel later in the month with an exact opposition on August 27th.Number.
Saturn’s influence on the Sun and Leo also blocks digestive fire, so you may need to take cardamom and pomegranate to boost your digestive fire or agni.
Maintain relationships: Saturn’s anecdotes are always Venus, so women, dating, singing, food, music, and dancing all help to lighten Saturn’s mood.
Avoid being alone and get out with people. This stimulates the Libra energy and helps ease isolation and depression. There are herbal remedies for depression such as St. John’s Wort and the many Bach flower remedies that may be necessary, but simply getting out and being with people is most effective. If symptoms are severe, seek professional help.
Get outside and exercise, ride your bike in the wind to stimulate the wind element, avoid heavy foods like cheese which clog the liver and put strain on the body, drink more raw juices and eat more salads to increase prana in your body.
So how do you deal with difficult passages, and what can you do when karma comes back to haunt you and those around you?
1) This is the time to get rigorous with meditation, yoga and other spiritual practices because they will lighten your load and give you the strength to deal with anything. When we face difficulties, it is easy to neglect the things that are good for us, but that is like taking off your winter coat when the temperature is below zero.
2) Donate your time and money to help those in need. This is one way of dealing with karma, getting out of your possessions will make you feel better and help you overcome your karma.
3) Be disciplined with your diet and exercise. There is a tendency to drown difficult emotions with food, or to skip exercise when you feel tired or lazy. Being disciplined in doing what is good for you will help you overcome many ailments (6th house). Avoid addictive or non-sustaining behaviors, especially now. There is a strong desire to run away, but this usually quickly leads to more difficult problems.
4) During this time, deepen your spiritual knowledge, attend spiritual gatherings, and associate with positive people. Avoid violent TV shows and movies, and abusive TV hosts.
5) Do transformational healing work to move beyond these energies and uncover why these patterns are occurring and how they can be healed.
6) Understand that all of this shall pass, the planet is the puppet master pulling the strings and once you understand what is happening there is no need to blame yourself for being fooled by it.
