For over 50 years, Ole Faarup has built an evolving collection defined by intuition, keenly looking at bold new voices. Published in Christie’s London at three exciting auctions, the collection is led by two early Peter Doig works and features prominent international names such as Chris Ofili, Jean-Michel Basquiat, figures from Neueleipzigersur and Ybas, as well as Danish and Scandinavian artists. Revenues will benefit the Ole Faarup Art Foundation and advance the collector’s vision to inspire and support future generations of artists.
Ahead of the London auction, the preview highlights from Copenhagen, Brussels, Hong Kong and New York in August and September this year.
