I don’t usually believe in New Year’s resolutions or written affirmations, but I try to start the new year with a little more planned routine. I always start on Sunday. This will help you feel more grounded at the end of the weekend and give you a strong start to the busy week ahead. Below are some of the weekend routines I work on to rest and reset. It feels good to chase away those dreaded Sunday fears!
Sunday beauty
I like to reset my beauty routine on Sunday. This includes a large amount this face lotion similarly this lotion. I also love to wear great night mask Right after I pop one of these before going to bed.

Also included in Sunday Beauty my red light mask. my favorite is This one. It has made a huge difference in the overall look of my skin. My husband also uses it sometimes!
tea time
For me, tea is essential 3 hours before bed. I love combining and recreating Starbucks’ “Medicine Balls” this tea and this tea. add this honey – I just received it as a gift! Sunday salad
Sundays at my house are a big salad night. We constantly rotate our products and experiment with fresh ingredients. Last Sunday we enjoyed a simple chef’s salad. I love using it these bowls – These were one of my favorite purchases of 2025.
clean sheet
A clean sheet is required. What I’ve been using lately is this dryer sheet and this laundry detergent And both are gods. my current sheet is ball and brunch (me too i love these) and my coverlet is here. I purchased 3 of the 4 comforters and found one that I didn’t like. This one.
No screening time
New rules to follow: No screen time an hour before bedtime and no cell phone use in bed. i use this alarm clock To relax and wake up. The scent in this photo is This one! If you like tomato flavor, this is a 10/10.
