There are probably people everywhere who aren’t already wearing balloon pants. Light and easy to wear, they are a nice change from the usual linen or satin pants and are popular this season. It’s a little more interesting, but just as simple.
What I recently bought and wore on my trip is…Alix of Bohemia Evangeline Ibis Chiffon Pants— completely sold me. What first drew me in was the color, but it was the soft peplum detail and sheer, airy movement that made it feel like something truly special. I used them to style this body suit (I’ll tag you) It’s a little sheer, so it’s a perfect combination.
The version I currently see the most (and like) is:
– Lace and Broderie styles for texture (such as Zimmermann and Posse)
– Easy cotton pull-ons for everyday use (Lisa Says Gah, Caroline Constas)
– Print or silk version perfect for the holidays (Alémais, Chloé)
