Château La Gafferière is one of Saint-Emilion’s top wineries, known for producing fresh, energetic wines that are perfect for dining. The 2016 vintage here was outstanding. It has a strong fruity, floral, and slightly spicy aroma, and I’m enjoying it very much right now. This Christmas won’t disappoint.
