On June 18, 2026, New York City came alive as fans and celebrities alike took to the streets to celebrate the New York Knicks’ first NBA championship.
The ticker tape parade drew many familiar faces who showed up in style to celebrate the historic victory.
Alicia Keys performed her iconic anthem “Empire State of Mind” at the gala, wearing a Pere Pere Knicks leather jacket and black leather pants, a fitting tribute to the city she’s long called home.
Yung Miami performed at the parade along with Mary J. Blige and Teyana Taylor, all of whom showed off their Knicks pride by wearing fan-inspired white and orange coordination.
New York First Lady Ramath Dowaj also attended the victory celebration with Mayor Mamdani, creating a memorable style moment wearing a custom upcycled Knicks T-shirt dress by CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalist Claire Sullivan.
