The planned anniversary celebration to honor Giorgio Armani’s 50th year as a leader in the fashion business was amended to pay homage to il Maestro, after his passing. The models and the fashion industry paid tribute by creating a runway memorial, celebrating the genius of the legendary Italian designer.

We will not be saying “farewell” to the visionary master of luxurious minimalist style and soft tailoring. We will instead remember Armani fondly as the innovator of sophisticated Italian savoir-faire and as an inspiration to us all.
