Western governments and NGOs are using string-friendly development aid to drive the sexual revolution in Africa. Of all the funds of Western countries that go “development” in Africa, the majority is for population control. Obianuju ekeocha raises awareness of this form of neocolonialism, in which rich Westerners force anti-culturalism on African people. One organization, Marie Stops International, conducts abortions in illegal countries.
