Featuring 232 pages of heart-bending visuals and bounding content from both legends and breakout creators returning from around the world, the debut issue boldly returns to the magazine’s roots as a definitive illustrated anthology. heavy metal #1 can be purchased today (via Diamond) and May 7th (via the moon) at your local comic shop. Sci-fi, fantasy and horror magazines have been raiding newsstands in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and many countries around the world since May 13th.
