Good Friday…
Good Friday commemorates the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
I know sharing this may be a controversial topic because I have very strong beliefs about what the deeper meaning behind this great mystery really is…
But this morning I was reflecting, meditating, and feeling energized…
And I would like to share with you a little bit about the hidden (not known to the general public) meaning of Good Friday that I have come to understand.
I myself grew up in a religious home and remember attending church services on Good Friday…
I remember the sadness and sorrow in the air, the solemn atmosphere of the service, and the expectation and hope for a miracle to come…
A common religious interpretation of the great mystery of this time of year is that Good Friday represents the crucifixion, death, and sacrifice of Jesus Christ for the salvation of mankind.
According to Christian theology, Jesus voluntarily suffered and died on the cross to atone for the sins of mankind.
In Christianity, this act of selflessness and love is seen as the ultimate example of compassion and dedication, an act that literally saves humanity from death, the penalty for sin.
From an esoteric point of view, the mystery of Calvary and the Crucifixion of Christ are not only seen as historical events…
This is also seen as a cosmic event signaling a major shift in the balance between the spiritual and material worlds.
Through this esoteric lens, we see Christ as a divine being who came to Earth through the life of Jesus (the Christ) to bring a new impetus to spiritual development to humanity.
In this way, Jesus’ body can be seen as a vessel through which Christ’s spiritual power enters and transforms the material world.
The symbolism of the crucifixion is also important, especially the cross as a symbol of the union of the earthly and divine realms.
Jesus’ crucifixion and sacrifice made possible a direct connection and union between humanity and God.
A very important moment in the continuing evolution of the universe…of which we are all a part.
Good Friday is also associated with the element of fire, which represents purification and transformation, illuminating the potential that exists within each of us right now…
As we step into the new, we release, let go, cleanse and transform what no longer serves us to create space and openness for direct union and communion with the Divine to empower our lives.
Today is a powerful day for forgiveness…
It is an opportunity for deep spiritual reflection and contemplation, and for one to gain a greater understanding of the spiritual forces at work in the world…
It is an open invitation from Spirit to receive great blessings, abilities and opportunities to connect directly with the Divine within through deep contemplation, meditation and spiritual practice.
I love utilizing the Violet Flame as a tool for transformation, forgiveness, letting go, and change.
