Connect with the light of God
Before sending light into all areas of your life… change your consciousness inside.
I like to start with intentions and think about and say things like:
“I ask you to be surrounded by the light of God now. I ask you to be surrounded by the team of guides, angels and rising masters who can best serve you.
Help us connect with a higher level of love and light and support this light in making it shine. ”
Visualize the light that shines in your heart
The focus is on going through this whole process.
Focus on your area of mind and breathe into this area with some breath. Imagine the center of your heart glows with the golden light within you.
This visualization of light activates and opens your mind, and is a powerful technique in itself.
Match your heart’s energy. Tune with the lights, angels and guides around you.
And then we start adjusting to everything.
You are going to breathe in all beings.
To do this, start adjusting to your miracles and difficulties in all of your life and reality…
Tune it into everything that is across the boundary of time, including all universes and dimensions, past, present and future.
Breathe everything that has been done before and lie in the light of your heart.
It brings the challenges you are experiencing, the frustration you are dealing with, and the lower energy you feel in the light at the center of your mind.
Keep bringing more light and love to the center of your heart.
When you breathe into your heart, be in beautiful, peaceful, and divine neutral.
Glow beautifully in the light within you, in line with the energy of the energy at the center of your heart.
Tune into the heart light that magnifies around you, fills the ascension column and fills the torus light body.
