1. What kind of work do you do as an alchemist in lifestyle empowerment?
First and foremost, as an alchemist of lifestyle empowerment, I am dedicated to awakening the mind, the mind, and in particular the spirit from within our innate powers. That is our authentic power from within! The power to prosper, not simply survive!
Alchemy was a pioneer of the Middle Ages of Chemistry. Transformation…Art form…Act of changing into another state. In this case… it turns the adversity, challenges and struggles into opportunities, regardless of the situation or event.
Find gifts and blessings in the joys of life…and gifts and blessings of life’s sorrows… not so good!
My joy and sorrow not only empowered and strengthened me, but I have come to serve those who are influential, surrounded and surrounded me.
With my clients and audience… I can help people who I want to reveal and identify myself…and even when I have to start with what they don’t want. I know what they want! And that’s often where we start! That adversity… that struggle… that challenge… that not so good will help us, not less than that… if we choose!
As an alchemist, coach, author and speaker of lifestyle empowerment, I help individuals who choose to live an empowered life… to live the life they want… perhaps they dream of It’s about living life! Not only will you reduce your daily life in default mode!
Understand that we are authors and developers… As artists in our lives, we can choose our lifestyle in every area of our lives.. .Our health…our purpose…our relationship…and especially our sense of self!
The authentic power we all own… no matter the fear, confusion, fuss, drama… it’s something that’s in attendance in our soul agenda, not our outside world.
2. You spent seven years in a federal prison for women. What time did you spend and what was the experience like? How did you spend your time and what did you learn?
I was spending my time on non-violent…non-drug-related crimes. Although I had no intention of committing a crime, I did not only stay in prison, but I made the poor choice that led me to what I do as the alchemist today. So… you see so good things in life as gifts and blessings… if we look for it!
I take full responsibility for moving that experience forward. Yes… I missed vacations and birthdays with my daughter and family members for six years. But I had to be imprisoned to be released… to regain my sense of self!
While incarcerated, I am becoming an advocate and teacher for fellow female inmates, changing my life and truly living the best life they can, regardless of their circumstances. Then it was the beginning of my journey of change. Because we are never too old for transformation!
This…I’m sure!
I realized that I was the only one who could take responsibility. That’s when I began my journey to help people help themselves. I understood my own strength to mentor women, lead a better life and help myself. In some cases… as part of a program already in place, we will cut text by one year.
I was physically in prison, but many people are in prison mentally, mentally and emotionally. My goal in life is to help others conquer their most negative habits and build a new, healthy and successful life for themselves based on their needs and desires.
We all have sadness in life. We all have adversity from time to time!
We also believe that we will move it all forward so that we can learn to learn the lessons brought here. It is our joy, not only our sorrows and not so good, but also useful to us or not. I chose to empower myself to take good.
That’s why I’m passionate about my heart and heart, and especially the spirit of the authentic power that truly exists within each and every one of us! Source, the universe, God, God… it’s the path to a better, more meaningful life!
Plus… the possibility is that I was imprisoned so that I can return to the purpose I am here… to serve others!
You asked what I learned from my experiences in prison.
Number 1 To be together for our best and best good, it would mean that sometimes things must fall apart…
Look back at my challenges and struggles…but not so good in my life…I realized that order really comes from chaos… God’s order!
It’s getting out of the chaos and the confusion of something new being born… born… more perfect, conscious, empowered, better for a perfect life It’s something. Something god!
Number 2 I guess he learned freedom from his prison experience!
To be freed from prison where we happen to try to find ourselves… needs healing! And this healing requires self-care and self-love. The ability to nurture and cultivate oneself.
That’s what I know not only needs to learn, but I also need to practice continuously every day. My feelings are that we are really good at nourishing and raising others, especially as women. As for yourself… you may need to breathe in and remind yourself that it is only through your nourishment and development of your own. …For each other!
Number 3 My prison study experiences include: No matter the situation, situation, or event… our life story wraps us as heroes and heroines… a villain or victim! It remains our choice!
3. What advice would you give to other people facing long prison sentences?
My advice to those facing long prison sentences… In fact, all kinds of sentences and incarceration are:
Understand what you call this “time”… so that I can go inside and pay attention to what needs attention from within!
Find gifts and blessings every day… because they exist! Trust, trust me… I know!
Living our best and best lives… the life we want… “Internal work” no matter the situation, situation, event, or place!
Once you come to understand it… no matter where you happen to be… you will not be able to calm your life in default mode for less!
4. You have overcome many challenges in life, including overcoming it. Live through three divorces with breast cancer. Why did you overcome these challenges? And what advice would you give to other people facing difficult challenges?
Yes… I have overcome many challenges in my life! Whether it was imprisonment… Breast cancer… I’m living through three divorces and failed relationships… I totally messed up my finances.
I chose not to become a victim of the scenarios and challenges I found!
Instead… grace by the God of my understanding… God within me… my authentic power from within me… I managed to find a gift and blessing… the opportunity to press the reset button… To peel off the onion skin a little further away…and…and find my sense of self again!
Incidentally… this is a continuous process for each of us individually and collectively!
5. Your mantra is “First, correct your reflection.” What does that mean and how do you do it?
Yes… first correct your reflexes…and live your best life ever!
It starts with treating yourself well! Take care of yourself! Be kind, kind and with yourself! Love yourself! Forgive yourself!
Look at your thoughts… Look at you in your mirror… and know in your heart that you are whole, perfect, perfect… you A poor choice, a mistake, or something you might call a failure… just like you are!
That’s just the beginning! stay tuned!
6. Any other?
Yes, there’s something else!
Know that you’re never alone! Instead of isolating yourself, reach out to someone you trust… reach out to someone who doesn’t judge you, and tell them what’s going on with you inside!
Source, Spirit, God, the Universe… God exists within you… Lights up your path and guides you!
Listen to what you’ve ever had in you…and move forward to be your best and best in every field of your life!
Understand that you are the hero of your life! Wherever you go, you will take yourself with you!
Most importantly, I invite you to treat life as if it was ice cream and enjoy it before it melts!
