When you fill yourself with so much gratitude, love, joy, light and presence… you can’t help but overflow with love all around you, uplifting your surroundings and everyone you meet. increases the vibration of ⠀

But how on earth do we do this?

Here’s a simple, yet very powerful practice:

Move your awareness inward and begin to tune into the light of your heart.

Call out to your team of guides and angels, out loud if possible, or in your heart if there are others around you who don’t want to call out your angels…

Let the light in from the top of your head…your crown chakra opens like a lotus flower to the sun, receives light, bathes your spiritual being, calms your mind, and guides you. Flows into and out of the emotional being to release accumulated emotional responses, patterns, and programming that are no longer needed.
