So what exactly is the O Method?A history of sexual repression may be why some consider the O Method dangerous.

Have you come across the O Method recently, whether on TikTok or in a magazine, and wondered if it’s right for you? You may be concerned about its safety or whether it’s considered sinful, especially if you come from a religious or conservative background. You’re not alone. In this article, I want to address your fears, shed light on how sex has historically been used to manifest sexual desire, and suggest ethical and safe ways to harness the power of the O Method to manifest pleasure.

So what exactly is the O Method?

It’s a manifestation technique that uses your pleasure and orgasms as a means to manifest your desires. If you’d like to learn more, feel free to read my other articles that explain the details of the O Method. Or, if you’re ready to give it a try, get my O Method rituals that will guide you through how the process works.

A history of sexual repression may be why some consider the O Method dangerous.

As a society, we have been conditioned to view all things sexual with suspicion. This is primarily due to our patriarchal legacy and the influence of religious institutions. Many of the world’s religions, in their pursuit of population control, have suppressed sexuality, especially female sexuality. However, it is important to recognize that our sexual energy is the most powerful force of creation and is the essence of creativity itself. This is precisely why the O Method is considered to be such a powerful tool for manifestation.
